Alayna is a Grand Rapids native who recently returned to the community where her family has deep roots. She brings a decade-long leadership career in developing organizational systems and project management across the nonprofit, edtech, and for-profit sectors. An alumna of the University of South Florida, Alayna’s specialized contributions to the edtech space can also be found on YouTube under Alayna Vernon.
Raised in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, her lifelong commitment to service began at age 13 as a local tutor. Now back in West Michigan, she is excited to apply her strategic skills to Project GREEN’s mission, ensuring the organization’s internal operations are as robust and impactful as the financial legacies it helps Michigan families build.
